Request For Qualifications and Sealed Fee Proposals for Lease-Leaseback Construction Services for Pajaro Middle School and Rolling Hills Middle School - School Fields Improvements
A mandatory Project meeting will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Project sites, Pajaro Middle School and Rolling Hills Middle School. Contractors who do not attend the Project meeting/site walk will be disqualified.

The Scope of Work for the Project is as follows.
The Scope of Work for the Project includes school field improvements at Pajaro Middle School and Rolling Hills Middle School. Project Schedule
It is anticipated that construction for the Project will start on August 24, 2026, and reach completion by December 31, 2026, for an approximate four (4) month construction timeframe. Project Documents will be made available to the successful Contractor when completed.
*$150 Refundable - The fee is refundable if the documents are returned in clean condition back to the District Facilities Office no later than 10 days after the date of the bid opening.
